Questions, answered.

Twenty-five of them. If yours isn’t here — call.

A broker sources your job to the right shop instead of running it in-house. We work with 10 production partners. We match the job to the one built for it.

Correct. No press. No equipment on the floor. What we have is 40+ years of knowing which shop belongs on which job.

Usually the opposite. The right shop on the right job costs less than the wrong shop forcing the job onto the wrong equipment. And shops give brokers preferred pricing — we bring them steady volume across many clients.

You can. Some people do. The trade-off is your time vs. ours. We’ve already made the calls. We already know who’s good at foil, who’s fast on folders, who can turn labels overnight. Skipping the discovery is the whole value.

Stay with them. Networking is NOT transactional. If the right answer is “go talk to so-and-so direct, here’s the number” — that’s still the right answer. Call us when the job stops fitting.

Designers at agencies. Corporate marketing teams. Hotels. Nonprofits with annual campaigns. Multi-location businesses keeping print consistent across branches. Small businesses with one weird job a year. The common thread isn’t industry. It’s that the print matters for what they’re trying to do.

Anything that can be printed. But the niche — the work we’re really built for — is the finishing most reps won’t touch.

Foil business cards. Custom pocket folders with belly bands. Hotel keycard holders. Custom samples & packaging. Specialty labels. Mixed-finishing pieces — foil + die cut + soft-touch on the same job. That kind of thing.

Yes to all of it. Spot foil, full foil, duplex, edge paint, soft-touch, suede laminate, embossing — whatever’s on the spec sheet.

Yes. Branded, printed, finished, delivered ready to load. Small batches or full property rollouts. Hospitality is a regular line for us.

A sweet spot. Standard pockets, custom pockets, belly bands, business-card slots, capacity-pocket variations, foil and embossing — the works.

Short-run custom packaging, sample boxes, retail boxes, mailer boxes. Not a $50K production line — small-to-medium runs where the box matters.

Yes. The everyday work pays the bills like it does for any shop. The biggest value I add, though, is on jobs with something tricky in them.

Both. If you've got the art, send it. If you need design help, I have designers in the network. Cleaner when you bring an existing designer — but happy to bridge if not.

Depends on the product.

  • Business cards: 100
  • Pocket folders: typically 250+
  • Foil work: varies by shop
  • Packaging: 50–100 on most boxes
  • Labels: varies by stock & finish

Tell me what you need — I'll find the shop with the right minimum.

First job with a new client: 50% deposit, balance on delivery. Established accounts: net 15 or net 30 depending on volume. Cards, ACH, check — all fine.

Three things. One — the right shop to begin with. Foil work goes to the foil shop, not the shop that says "yeah, we can probably do it." The match is the first quality decision. Two — proofs. Digital proof on every job. Physical proof on anything specialty before the full run. Three — me. 40+ years means I know what wrong looks like before it ships. The check happens here, not after the box gets to you.

Yes. That's actually where the relationship pays off. Once I know your brand standards, your stock preferences, your color builds, your turnaround windows — the work gets faster and cleaner every round. The first job is always the heaviest. By the third, we're cooking. Especially good for multi-location businesses trying to keep print consistent across branches.

40+ years in print. Started in 1984. Family business — built it, lost one along the way, built again. I'm in the personal-relationships line of work, not the volume line. Tip Master in LeTip BuxMont, where business is built on referrals. The work goes out under my name. That's enough motivation to do it right. If something goes wrong on a job, I'm the call you make — not a service line.
